We would like to sincerely welcome you to Canyon Estates.  Please review the Governing Documents that you received when you purchased your property. Also be sure to review the Architectural and Ground (A&G) Rules & Regulations along with the General Rules & Regulations.  

As a homeowner when you want to make any exterior improvement to your home (landscaping, windows, lights, fans on patios, etc.), you are to use a Property Modification Request Form (PMRF). The PMRF form can be found on TownSq in the Documents library under Homeowner Forms.  The A&G Committee reviews this form and an approval is given. When the improvement has been completed, homeowner notifies the office so the PMRF process can be finalized. We want to make the process as easy and as smooth as possible for all concerned.
